“A very last minute booking. Room was comfortable and clean. Only not getting full marks because - the shower wasn’t draining and the water pressure and heat in the bathroom sink was way too high. It splashed everywhere and the water was too hot too quickly. Mentioned to staff on checkout.”

“I've stayed at the property several times whilst attending a work training event. On a number of occasions I have been allocated a room on the opposite side of the hotel from the rest of my colleagues. When I queried this at check in, I was advised there were no other rooms available. What I also find disappointing is that one of my colleagues consistently appears to receive room upgrades, yet whenever I have politely asked, I am told that nothing is available. “Brilliant hotel and value for money. Stayed at many different hotel chains and this is one of the better ones I’ve stayed at for size of room, having seperate lounge area with sofa, huge bed, tv with Netflix etc, pool, nice bar and food, £15 in uber to city centre and also includes parking. Rather pay that price and travel than the city centre prices!! Will def be staying here in future ”
