“Quick and easy check in. Room had been recently renovated and had everything needed and was very clean throughout with soft fluffy towels and fresh smelling linens. Food was great quality both at breakfast and from the main menu later in the day. Make sure you book if you want a table for dinner as it is very popular. All staff were friendly and helpful. “I had a lovely few days here, the hotel is in the most stunning location. The room was spotlessly clean, and had all I needed. The owner of the hotel was lovely and very friendly and accommodating e.g. to an early checkout. I ate there one evening and the food was excellent. Breakfast is also very good!”

“Ideally situated for walkers. The hotel is 1 min walk from the enterance to the National Park. The room was immaculate. Plenty of hot water and the shower pressure was very good. Some jets flew over its car park during our stay as it is on the Mach Loop. That was an unexpected treat. The owner is very attentive and both evening meal and packed lunch was really nice. ”

“We absolutely loved our stay at the Royston. We both opted in for the 3 course dinner and the food was excellent. Worth staying in a wet Welsh evening. We really appreciated how as a dog friendly establishment they cater for our dog. Treats in a room and lots of fuss.
