“4泊5日、大人2人、乳幼児2人で宿泊。 部屋は白を基調に名前通りのビーチを感じる雰囲気で素敵でした。 しかし、キッチン周りは少し清掃が行き届いていなかったのが残念でした。私たちは赤ちゃんのミルクを作るのにケトルが必要でしたが、ベタベタで汚れていました。そしてなんといってもそのケトルを出す際にゴキブリが現れました。建物も古く、調味料が常温で置かれている環境だったので、当たり前でした。 浴室からもゴキブリがいましたし、私たちは彼らと確実にルームシェアをしていました。彼らに怯えながらの生活は少しストレスでした。 でも、熱帯雨林なので仕方ないのかもしれません。 本当にそれ以外はとっても素敵でした。”

“Our property was on the second floor. We hated it no lift. We booked as two families they gave us 2 apartments far away.”

“Communication and check in was seamless. Rooms were clean, however some kitchen items had still some food residue on it. Pool area is great, we didn't get to enjoy it due to the colder weather. The buildings and apartment look a bit tired. For what I payed, I expected a higher standard.”

“Great size apartment and fab balcony overlooking beach and promenade. Perfect location in the middle of oromonade Helpful staff. Enjoyed all facilities everything kept very clean and gardens manicured. Pool and surrounds a bit sad but clean so was fine. ”

“The room was unclean, the air con barely worked and was noisy, and the noise from other rooms and doors slamming was ridiculous. I made a specific request that I needed a quiet room for sleep as I had an early start (up at 4am), this request clearly was not met. We left before 10pm and found somewhere else to stay.”

“We stayed in a beautiful 3 bedroom Villa. It was perfect for our family of 7. Hotel staff was wonderful. Great looking property and fabulous pool area. Location is less than ten minutes from central Port Douglas. Access to the beach. We will definitely return for a longer stay!”
