“buon hotel, da migliorare le pulizie e la colazione che, anche se inclusa, aveva poca scelta”

“Hotel indicato per famiglie, ė strutturato intorno alla grande piscina, di cui non abbiamo usufruito. Camera complessivamente confortevole anche se bisognosa di qualche intervento di rinnovo e soprattutto di maggiore pulizia. Il primo giorno non ė stato effettuato il riassetto della camera. Colazione discreta in un un contesto migliorabile in termini di organizzazione del spazi e di ordine. Non ci ritorneremmo.”

“海沿いのホテルでプールを中心に客室棟が囲むような配置になっています。 迷路のようでおもしろかったです。 室内は驚くほど広く、長期滞在ができるように設備が整っています。 残念ながらホットタブの栓が見当たらずレセプションで借りましたがサイズが合いませんでした。 また、枕とシーツが臭くタオルを敷いてやソファのクッションを枕がわりにして寝ました。 チェックアウト時に伝えたところ丁寧に対応していただき好感が持てました。 これらのトラブルはレアなものだと思いますが、スタッフの方が誠意をもって対応してくださったので気にしていません。またリピートすると思います。”

“Se dovessi tornare a Cairns senza dubbio sceglierei nuovamente questa struttura . Appartamento Spazioso , comodo , dotato di ogni confort , designer elegante e moderno , ottima la vista sull’oceano . ”

“The room was clean, however the whole property requires a bit of work. Had a 2 bedroom unit which was 2 rooms with an interconnecting door. The toaster in 1 room didn’t work, the original stovetop wasn’t working and just had a portable one on top of it. The soap holder in the 2nd room was broken … sharp edges just left there? Loose power points so sometimes they worked snd sometimes not. The spa had broken tiles. However the staff were lovely and the location is great also. Would be awesome...

“everything about this property was lovely. only thing, kids could find the gaming console (not that i minded lol) and the ad made it sound like the pool was just outside but infact its a small stroll down the road. still enjoyed our swim etc but was one of the deciding factors to stay here when we thought the pool was right there. But that's nothing major, everything else was as described and beds were comfy. would recommend :) ”

“This was my second stay in the apartments , nice spacious clean apartments with a beach view . It was husbands first visit to Australia and he loved it , a shout out to Jordon who booked all our excursions what a lovely helpful young lady . Would love to visit again one day !1 ”

“Sia la camera che la struttura e la piscina sono eccellenti. Ci sono ristoranti e market nelle vicinanze e la spiaggia è carina. In agosto nessun problema di meduse ( e di coccodrilli...)”

“The property was delightful as was our unit. It had everything we needed to prepare meals including a great outdoor bbq area. The location next to the beach was also wonderful with restaurants nearby. The unit and grounds were very clean.”
