A convenient property in the CBD for self catering guests. Easy to get to places if you are walking; good parking & nearby car hire options if driving. Property was clean & safe. It did look a little tired in the rooms. Staff excellent - friendly & helpful.

Easy walk to all Cairns City tourist sights - foreshore boardwalk, Esplanade Lagoon, restaurants, markets, shopping, casino. Staff are really helpful. Rooms are simple, but clean and have everything you need.

Poor customer service and communication. Disappointing that a guest was asked to leave her keycard at reception because she did not have a credit card for the motel to hold the security bond. She had asked several times to be moved to the ground floor because of her knees after being giving her a room on the top floor and was not prioritised. She also found weed and needles stuffed in a pillow in the room which meant the room wasn't cleaned properly. Disgusting and dangerous. We will not be using your services again.

The accommodation was easy to find. From the front it was not very inviting and inside the gate quite run down. Facilities were less than basic but given age presented in a clean and tidy state. Staff were approachable and helpful. On experiencing the facilities I don't believe the tariff was competitive with comparable offerings

The property was clean but very very basic. Great for very budget travellers that want or need no frills but only looking for a clean bed at a good price. The place didn't look as good as the photos indicate. Slightly worse for the wear.

Maybe a revamp (retile and paint) would benefit and upgraded aircon would be nice but none of that is necessary - it’s very comfortable as is). Extra chairs inside would be nice for bigger families like ours and maybe a list of close places to eat/takeaway? The staff were lovely and approachable and the pool was well loved by the kids. Very comfortable stay ☺️

Whilst our stay was for the most part pleasant, the aircon was too small for the size of the room. The nights were hot (days hotter) and it was difficult to sleep.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and my partner and I were disappointed. The air conditioner is no ordinary noise, whenever it starts to cool, the sound is like someone slamming against your door. At night, the sound is even more frightening. Wifi is provided in public areas, but what is the definition of a public area? Swimming pool? Reception? I have this question because I don't get a wifi signal when I am in the pool. The only advantage is that it is very close to the city, and it only takes 5 minutes to reach the CBD. And the Staff was nice.

I had thought that I had booked another hotel that I had previously stayed at, I was wrong. It is a very budget hotel , that needs repairs and is very basic.

The towels & linen had stains, no amenties not even tissues or face-washer. Run-down. The bathroom cabinet was painted to different whites and the inside was water ruined. Cracks and mold. Looked nothing like the pictures. I was expecting old but not ruined.

We decided last minute for a trip to Cairns, accommodation was central, we stayed in the family suite. Could have done with a dining table and chairs as the 2 seater lounge was the only seating in the room that slept 6. Overall good place to stay on a budget.

We booked this property as it was listed as being two bedroom. There is no door between the rooms!!! So no privacy whatsoever. They had workers there making a huge amount of noise with no warning. The water was turned off on me mid shower. I stood for 15mins with shampoo in my hair while my children had to go and ask the workers why there was no water. I never received an apology for that. The photos are NOTHING like the property. So much is damaged or broken, taps leaking. The amount we paid for the room was ludicrous.
