Welcome to your newly renovated Cairns retreat, set within the lush, resort-style Cairns One complex and designed for easy tropical holidays.



The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, with a King bedroom, Queen bedroom and sofa bed available on request.



The spacious open-plan living and dining area is a comfortable place to unwind after a day exploring Cairns, while the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for relaxed meals at home, including a gas cooktop, oven, large fridge-freezer, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine.



Step outside onto the large private balcony overlooking tropical greenery — perfect for a quiet morning coffee or evening drink.

A reserved parking space is provided in the secure underground car park for your convenience. Please note the maximum vehicle height is 1.95m.

Check-in is from 3:00 pm, with convenient self-check-in so you can arrive at your own pace.

* 🚭 This is a strictly non-smoking property, including the apartment, balcony and all outdoor areas.

* 🔇 Please be considerate of our neighbours by observing quiet hours between 9:30 PM and 7:00 AM. Parties, events and excessive noise are not permitted.

* 👶 A travel cot is available for $25 per stay. We can provide a complimentary highchair upon request. Please let us know before you arrive if needed.

* 🧳 Luggage storage is not available before check-in or after check-out. We recommend planning accordingly or using local luggage storage services if needed.

* 🧴 A starter pack of essentials is provided, including tea, coffee, toiletries and basic supplies. For longer stays, guests may wish to top up these items as needed.



🧺 Housekeeping & Mid-Stay Cleans

Daily cleaning is not included, allowing you to enjoy full privacy during your stay.

For stays of 14 nights or less, mid-stay cleaning can be arranged on request for an additional fee. For stays of more than 14 nights, a $159 mid-stay clean and linen change is mandatory.

Additional towels can be provided upon request for an extra fee.
