Hello Veronica, I am sorry to hear that, but let me explain few points: - All floors of the building are working, we owns three floors of it and all are finished and done completely. - Concerning noise, may be it comes from the ground floor, since the Egyptian government beatify and redecorate the entrances of the buildings to match the designs of the GEM in a preparation for its opening. These decoration works take place in certain times for few hours only and do not last for the whole day.- Concerning water, we have a huge water tank specially for emergency cases, so water cut off is impossible. We did not receive any complains from you concerning this matter along your stay.- Concerning the hot water, when you inform us that there is no hot water, we immediately sent the room service to you, and we found that you were just opening it the wrong way. - We clean rooms according to the guests demand whenever they want and if we found that there is lack of (toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, etc) we add new ones of it, but you did not ask for that. - Once you asked for more toilet paper and a hair dryer, we immediately gave it to you. Since we have no problem with that. It is our pleasure to serve our guest, fulfill their needs and get their satisfaction. We would like to thank you for your review and we are sorry if there is something that you do not like, but I want to clarify the truth of the matter, first - the hotel is located directly in front of the Grand Egyptian Museum and next to the pyramids, and it is one of the most important tourist places. So how can there be difficulty in reaching it and we provide a 24-hour service for assistance? indeed the reception On the third floor, and this does not affect anything. The saying that there is maintenance on the first and ground floors is because you are using the emergency stairs and not using the elevator. Secondly, we provide free pickup from the airport in the event of booking two nights or more, and this is something all guests appreciate. We also provide return to the airport, but for a fee, and this is what It is explained in the welcome message that the guest receives upon booking, or we provide Uber if the guest requests it. Thirdly, with regard to the tours, we only offer them to the guest. In all cases, the staff helps, and this is always our policy. With the dinner tour on the Nile, we always book for our customers the best 5-star dinner tour for the quality. Saying that there are tours for 20, you may find less than that, but it is substandard, which causes problems. Concerning the construction noise, we are really sorry but it is out of our hands; since it is made by the governments workers who paint and beautify the facade of the buildings around the neighborhood and they have no specific time to work in. As for transportation, the hotel provides private cars to pick and drop you anywhere you want, furthermore, you could aske the receptionist to order you an Uber if you like. We are Infront of the Grand New Museum, 5 minutes from the Pyramids. So, before the opening of the GNM, its surrounding area must be well prepared, having gardens and landscapes, such things will be finished within few days. Hope you to come again, you will see the area totally different and much more stunning.

As for the location, the direct way to our hotel is closed based on the government's orders since they are constructing the underground that will link the Grand New Museum with the downtown.
