“It was a joy to be there for it had everything including real cups and saucers with spoons! No paper cups, which I appreciated. Plus live bamboo in the room and more than adequate bathroom products including new tooth brushes. Real art and prints on the wall that gave it a very Asian- European flair. Lovely”

“Lovely spot with wonderful staff and cozy atmosphere. Walking distance from restaurants and shops and an easy drive to many spectacular hikes.”

“After paying had put 100 dollar deposits on room. Bought a toothbrush marked at 2.50 charged 4.00..otherwise clean and a good deal with breakfast”

“The breakfast menu was not that good the first day most of the juices we out. The rooma we cleqnes ok. The shower head had not been cleaned in a long time. The floor drain was so loss keep coming up”

“The room was clean and comfortable enough, particularly the bed, and a great shower. The staff were great. But, access up two flights of narrow stairs was not the best for us. In fairness, staff did offer to carry our luggage up. I missed the part that said no lift. Also, it was advertised as ‘self parking included’. There wasn’t. We had to find a park on the street. No complaints, merely observations.”

“Loved the charm of the hotel. Old building but very well maintained. Room was nice with a little fireplace and sitting area. Bed was comfortable . The shower was a massage shower which was nice after our drive. Perfect location for shopping or eating right in Hudson.”

“Our stay at Amaya was incredible. The home is impeccably designed, the rooms were very comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and Johnny is the most kind and welcoming host. He went above and beyond to make it a memorable experience. The hot tub is a luxurious perk and the home feels private even with other guests. The location is convenient for exploring the Catskills. I can’t recommend this place enough, it’s a 10/10.”
