Hotel vicino a Caister-on-Sea Beach - Great Yarmouth

“Our whole stay from start to finish was top notch! Each & every staff member we encountered went above & beyond, exceeding all expectations whilst delivering phenomenal customer service, making us feel special & truly valued. Absolutely NOTHING was too much trouble & we could not fault anything! I'm so sorry I didn't get everyone's names but they all deserve a mention & are a credit to the establishment! “Very clean room staff were there when needed and always helpful breakfast was excellent very happy with everything thank you”

“OK so ..parking was good but tight .. To me the restaurant is in the wrong location..would have liked it if it was on the main floor where breakfast is served so you could have a view over the sea front while having you main meal ..rather than down below ground level .. sorry but the prices are a little high .. drink .starter .main ..half pint coke ..pate ..fish chips and peas for £32. 00 is high sorry that's my thoughts ..food was nice but still .. staff are a credit to the hotel.”

“staff were extremely polite and helpful.”

“Photos don't do this place justice. I had a very comfortable stay in their cosy studio. Very clean. High quality bedding. Plenty channels on the smart tv. Fast reliable wifi and good cooking facilities.”

“Staff werecextremely friendly and helpful”

“Helpful staff. Sorted out parking. Table broken in room. Shower no pressure, dribbled out. Room fan very poor, very little air coming out even at high speed. Complimentary bodywash and shampoo so small not worth open the packed.”

“Booked 3nights, Only stayed 2. General condition I felt was poor. Macerator toilet noisy for most of night. Location is good though.”

“IT'S A SCAM HOTEL, It's totally run down with the local council shut down and a locked notice on the front door. I couldn't even step in because the frontage was dirty, broken, old and overground with weed. A man came out with his stuff and said he was also scammed and had to go sleep in his car for the night. Horrible”
