Hotel sulla spiaggia a Calabogie

“The room was dirty and the entire hotel smelled like an ash tray. There were no smoking signs on every room and our room still reeked of cigarettes. It is the only hotel in Renfrew so there are no other options. I would have given it no stars if it weren’t for the friendly front desk staff.”

“The room was filthy, tub toilet sink mirror were dirty. The caretaker Amos didnt come to the door when we called the number on the office door. The TV didnt work. I mean you get what you pay for i guess. It was infested with ants and spiders and smelled like mold. We stayed for 2 days because of weather conditions but when we got out to camp, our campsite was cleaner lol.”

“The staff was courteous and attentive he stayed later for check in. Which we appreciated! The facility itself was underwhelming considering the price we paid. The room was tidy but left a lot to be desired in terms of dusting in the corners, the finishing on the tub, -everything just dated! The a/c kept the room clean the fridge was in excellent working condition and the bed was small but comfortable! Parking was safe and secure! Overall a fair rating for us is 2&1/2 stars for this motor-in”

“Nice hotel with comfortable beds. Friendly staff. We planned to hike nearby but hiking trails are very limited and the staff didn't seem to know much about it. They gave us a useless map (actually of ski slopes), though we found a map of hiking trails at a nearby lodge ...”

“The property is terribly lit. There was no light outside of our little complex and no light in the stairwells. There was no place to hang your clothes and no bedside tables to lay your things on. Also, there was a coffee maker with coffee and tea, but no mugs, cups or glasses to drink from. Lots of dust under the bed”
