Great room for a great price! Close to everything as well!

Parking was good ballet excellent rooms clean the air-conditioning works great and the room is very tidy. No dust no dirt. It’s just an excellent room. I love the Hilton.

We travel monthly for work at Penn State’s Hershey Medical Center. Proximity to the medical center is an immense advantage and that is why we continued to stay here. Our focus is on cleanliness, getting quality rest, respectful staff with no need for amenities. This past experience was very uncomfortable. The front desk clerk has no customer service sense. Yes, you can go a long way with a smile but arrogance and towards the customer destroys any chances for a good relationship and any future bookings. The housekeeping staff knocked so hard at 8:45 am that I jumped off the bed after an overnight shift and I could not go back to sleep, therefore, no rest for my next shift. Again, they were very rude on their response and interactions, no apology provided. I was at fault for resting after my shift. Be careful, it is quite inexpensive and the location is great but you pay for it in other ways. I did not even expect 3 star service but common decency is a must. Do beter.
