“Breakfast was good. There was food in the refrigerator left by previous guest. Also trash overnight in the receptacle at the elevator. Parking good.”

“Appreciated the nicely appointed kitchenette, clean rooms, clean and comfortable bed. Wanted to give MainStay an excellent rating but we had 2 nights of noisy neighbors. Although that's not a reflection on MainStay it still impacted our review.”

“Nice hotel. Large double bed room, and comfortable beds. One complaint was the room was poorly lit; we had to use our phone flashlights a couple of times, eg to see how to set the microwave. The bathroom was large and elegant, but the tissue box only had a couple of tissues remaining, with no replacement in the room.”

“Nice and quiet, clean rooms Has everything you need service is pretty good not sure about the breakfast because I leave too early to get it been coming here for the last four weeks was staying to Hampton but this place is cheaper and better”

“The breakfast menu was awesome. Amanda is an amazing cook ! I stayed at the Amberson House for 3 nights and was very happy about my experience there. The house its self is a beatiful old home and funished beautifully wth antiques . Everone was very welcoming and friendly. ”

“*The breakfast was really good…with lots of options! They even had Gluten Free options 😁 Leo, the staff member at breakfast both days, was so sweet. She always had a smile and made conversation with you. *The pool and the exercise room were smaller than I expected…but it didn’t stop the boys from having fun! *The elevator made lots of creeky noises and shook. But other than that, it was fine. *The front staff were very nice and helpful!”

“Room very old with scuffs unpainted walls and holes in the curtains. Light bulbs burnt out or lifht was broken. One queen bed had cigarette brun mark on the sheet. Gap at botyom of the door so light came in from the outside. Slept in clothing just to be safe. Toilet and shower was clean with clean towels. TV was ok. No breakfast provided. Take that off the website along with the picture. No one available at check out 8AM. The sign said just to leave your key at the window. ”
