“Tv was broken. Room smelled like old food. The only thing I could get for breakfast was waffles. There was a broken sausage link left and a spot that had eggs (based off what was laying on the table). Staff were friendly and that was about the only good thing. ”

“Our room was infested with spiders pubic hair on night stand along with what looked like ketchup on the alarm clock and the phone was filthy. The table in the room had rings on it and there were a bunch of spiderwebs in the room. The night clerk Susie and the Manager handle the situation and professionalism and were very pleasant. We were moved to a different room and comp our room waiting for Expedia to credit us The next day we went to the pool it was cloudy almost murky and was not heated...

“We did not have a coffee maker which was very inconvenient as we were just staying over on our way home from vacation getting up early to leave. Coffee would have been nice. No one at front desk to purchase a coffee from either. However for the price there should be a coffee maker and coffee in the room ”

“It’s been a year since I was last here and they have made many improvements. Some of the staff that was so helpful last year are gone but that didn’t mean the service was gone. This is the place to stay in Shippensburg ”
