We do have breakfast bags available every morning for all guests and we do also keep cutlery, spoons included, at the front desk at all times. Thank you for taking the time to write this review.

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. Yes, unfortunately our pool and hot tub are both down now. Some damage was done and now we are in the process of getting them fixed. I am disheartened to learn of your experience, I will certainly be having a conversation with all my staff about how to handle a situation were ice melt is needed. We always appreciate the chance to learn and reviews like yours are extremely helpful in our ambition to continuously improve and I hope you'll return to see how we grow.

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, our pool was damaged just a few days before you checked in, and because of the holidays we cannot get anyone out to fix it until the new year. But the hot tub works and we do hope to have the pool up and running as soon as possible. We hope you come back to visit us again when the pool is ready.
