“What a perfect place for a family visit to. Cotter. Perfect location to walk to fishing, swimming, parks, stores, fly shops, food, drinks and entertainment. The house is perfectly stocked and super comfy beds and the decor is great!”

“Our stay in Timbo was very relaxing and peaceful. The house was great, the views beautiful and it was fun to watch the cattle in the pasture.Only 15 min to Mountain View or Leslie and maybe 35 min. to Marshall. It was a very nice visit.”

“My family (husband and two teen boys) stayed at Andrea’s well-appointed cottage for three nights/four days. The setting of the cottage is amazing. I spent hours on the deck watching the river and the variety of birds, including a bald eagle. Andrea is the most thoughtful host I’ve encountered. Not only is the cottage immaculate, she has thought of every detail in terms of what you may need to make your stay comfortable. Towels, headlamps, binoculars for bird watching, a variety of magazines...

“Gorgeous house and gorgeous property!We really enjoyed our trip!! It was quite and peaceful and the house was stocked with everything we needed. There was plenty of room for 7 of us and our fur babies. The house is decorated beautifully and feels so homey. Would definitely recommend! ”
