“Our experience at Hilton was 10/10. The room was very clean, the bed and pillows were soft and comfortable and the AC worked well. The staff were all very friendly and the check-in process was smooth and seamless. We will be coming back to Santa Clara for another convention soon and I will be booking with Hilton if any rooms open up (they are already all booked)!”

“Rooms outdated and worn out.”
