Also shout out to Chester from hospitality care for prompt and efficient communication and help for dealing with a minor snafu. Would highly recommend and will be back!”

“We were very impress with how clean the place was. Bathroom and room were impecable. The place is soo clean. Everything was good and very close to everything we needed. We would stay here again.”

“The first unit they put us in (on the 3rd floor) had an issue with the AC. When we called customer service, they told us to keep it set around 65 and wait until the next day for someone to check it out since we called at night. It ended up getting so warm that we had to go buy a fan. When we called again, they offered to move us to a different unit on the 7th floor, which was much better. It also had a nice view of the Hollywood Sign. Other than that, the units were nice, clean, and spacious....

“Close to the ocean though you must navigate lots of stairs or take a mile away ramp to avoid the stairs. Room and bathroom are clean and decent but are becoming very dated and need refreshing (carpet, flooring, paint). Staff are courteous. At 9pm our family were finishing a game of cards in the common room away from guest rooms and were told it was the silent hour now, Saturday night. Yet at 11pm there were loud people (adults and kids) running in the hallways laughing and having a grand time.”

“Very clean, safe property. Staff was always courteous and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Plenty of day beds and lounge chairs around the pool. We splurged on a cabana and poolside food service on one of our days there which was worth the money although it would have worked better for us if cabanas could be rented for half day use. Traveled with teens and young adults and chose connecting rooms which gave us plenty of space for our 4 day stay.”

“The room was immaculate! It housed all 11 guests comfortably. It truly was beautiful and a great fit for a large party. The amenities in the room are unmatched in comparison to standard hotels. The only thing I wish was different was the parking. It’s very limited but there is free parking outside of the hotel, but the slopes are super steep and not guaranteed. Otherwise an amazing place with friendly attentive staff. I will be booking here again.”

“Fantastic location and great accommodation. Big bedroom with a nice kitchen and leaving room space. Ocean front, with a parking lot next to the Hotel and a back entrance that definitely helps to download luggage. Recommend!”
