“This was a mother - daughter beach trip. The place was absolutely perfect. I loved the gated community and the proximity to the beach, pier, harbor and shops. The place was spacious and comfortable. We had plenty of room/ storage for our things so we could really make it like home. I loved having coffee on the balcony in the morning. The pool, jacuzzi and gym are awesome amenities. Having an assigned spot in the parking garage really took the stress out of finding a parking spot. This place is...

“Our stay in this condo was great! - Check-in was seamless!- Comfortable home (with parking!), stocked with all that you'll need. There were even beach chairs and umbrellas to use. - Location was perfect. Beach right in front! Belmont Park is walkable in under 15 minutes, and restaurants such as Moe's and The Mission Cafe are conveniently located around the corner. - Most of all, Mary was so welcoming and responsive! We can't wait to return to SD and stay here again!”

“my family had a great time while there. our daughters and 1 boyfriend were with us and we walked down to the beach, ate dinner, swam right outside the condo and watched fireworks 9 minutes from the condo near Dana Miller middle school where you could see all the barges lighting off the fireworks over the water! Great view and no traffic leaving!! even better. I highly recommend staying here.”
