“Much better than my last stay,, the sink and shower drained👌 Only 4 stars for amenities and facility upkeep. I can see they are trying to keep it clean. But the trash where guest BBQ in the back parking lot is yucky. And the amount of dog 💩. 😝 around the area👎 It would be nice to have an area of enclosed grass for my dog, but I'm sure the poop would make it unusable. I will stay again, bed was comfy!”

“Window left open without a screen, room full of bugs, fridge doesn’t work, no vents/fan in bathroom, covers worn, no chair so can’t finish work with any sense of comfort, buttons in elevator not lighting up, fire extinguisher out of date in hall outside our room which I checked because of the faulty wiring in the room, chargers would go on and off”

“A good choice for a stop on a roadtrip”

“Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte a Elko come stop intermedio tra yellostone e Oakland, il motel è semplice ma confortevole, la camera è spaziosa con frigor, microonde e macchinetta del caffè. La colazione è inclusa, ci si serve nello spazio reception. La ragazza all' accoglienza è stata molto amichevole e gentile ad illustrarci tutti i servizi della zona. Consigliato!”

“Traveling with my 14 year old daughter heading to a wrestling tournament in Idaho and the only thing that saved this review was the amazing ladies in the front, spa and sauna. After arriving late didn’t inspect the room much just went down and utilized the spa and sauna. After heading back to the room and getting ready for bed she noticed several stains on the sheets. It was a long travel from California so we just used my bed sheets over the others and called it a night. Convenient off highway...

“Clean room. Shower/tub combo is not my favorite, but is prevalent in most US hotel rooms, it appears. Pool, no hot tub? Strange. Breakfast was very nice. Overall, a really good experience.”

“I stayed with my 2 grandkids ages 8 and 4. We had a blast in the pool and hot tub. The staff was welcoming. Breakfast with bacon and eggs and waffles was wonderful. I would stay again.”

“They seemed to be understaffed. All staff there were working their bums off but I did see some trash that needed to be picked up in my room, only barely one half a roll of toilet paper (was sufficient for me) - so I did not call the front desk and I knew they were swamped. All very nice and helpful!”

“Great hotel, clean, comfortable, quiet and well located”

“The room is not ready at 7pm when I checked in, waited for 10-20mins then we get in to find hairs, tooth picks in washroom. The room is stinking, it came from one of the beds and the blanket. Hotel employees helped replaced the blanket and the liners, the smell reduced a little bit, but still there for the whole night. This was a terrible experience…”
