“Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte a Elko come stop intermedio tra yellostone e Oakland, il motel è semplice ma confortevole, la camera è spaziosa con frigor, microonde e macchinetta del caffè. La colazione è inclusa, ci si serve nello spazio reception. La ragazza all' accoglienza è stata molto amichevole e gentile ad illustrarci tutti i servizi della zona. Consigliato!”

Bathroom has cracks in the wallpaper, grab bars not fully attached to the wall, flooring in bathroom has a lift, not sure if the taps were cleaned or if they are just showing their age. Cleaning staff could pay better attention; toothpaste on sink from last person staying in the room, kept stepping on bits on the carpet, could have been vacuumed better. Breakfast was the same for three mornings in a row. Lots of parking. Front desk and breakfast people were friendly.”

“So many things…Pool and hot tub were advertised in the listed amenities on Expedia, but at check-in we were told pool was not open. High speed WiFi was advertised, but we were never able to connect to WiFi, and the desk clerk offered no help…told us “WiFi is terrible in this whole town”. The entire property looked run down…hair dryer didn’t work, there was a large hole in the bottom sheet on the bed, weird smell in the bathroom, and there was a layer of dead bugs on the window sill. Breakfast...

“It was fine. Not super clean and the key card side door was not locked at all - seemed like a security issue. The only ice machine that worked was on the 3rd floor at the end of the hallway. The pictures make it look better than it really is, which was disappointing.”

“The free breakfast was excellent. eggs, sausage or bacon, hash browns or home fries. and toast or pancakes. And it was delicious. The room was really clean and the beds very comfortable. body soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower. Great experience. and the staff were always very helpful.”

Half the light switches dont work. Stains on walls and ceiling. Trash all around building. Pretzel in AC. Someone living in a camper in the parking lot. Screen cut out of the window.”

“Amazingly kind and helpful staff, efficient and communicative. Great room, clean and super comfortable. I will say that loud voices carry in the hallway, but that was definitely a factor of the other guests and not the hotel! (Except maybe thin walls? But I won’t nitpick.) Fantastic for the price, 10/10 would stay again.”

“The clerk was very helpful since my reservation was lost in cyberspace. She took all my info and spoke with the manager and said they'd sort it out, and I was given a room with no further delay. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable, but the shower was terrible. Water pressure was barely more than a trickle and it oscillated unexpected from tepid to scalding without any reason.
