Bathroom has cracks in the wallpaper, grab bars not fully attached to the wall, flooring in bathroom has a lift, not sure if the taps were cleaned or if they are just showing their age. Cleaning staff could pay better attention; toothpaste on sink from last person staying in the room, kept stepping on bits on the carpet, could have been vacuumed better. Breakfast was the same for three mornings in a row. Lots of parking. Front desk and breakfast people were friendly.”

“It was fine. Not super clean and the key card side door was not locked at all - seemed like a security issue. The only ice machine that worked was on the 3rd floor at the end of the hallway. The pictures make it look better than it really is, which was disappointing.”

“So many things…Pool and hot tub were advertised in the listed amenities on Expedia, but at check-in we were told pool was not open. High speed WiFi was advertised, but we were never able to connect to WiFi, and the desk clerk offered no help…told us “WiFi is terrible in this whole town”. The entire property looked run down…hair dryer didn’t work, there was a large hole in the bottom sheet on the bed, weird smell in the bathroom, and there was a layer of dead bugs on the window sill. Half the light switches dont work. Stains on walls and ceiling. Trash all around building. Pretzel in AC. Someone living in a camper in the parking lot. Screen cut out of the window.”

“The free breakfast was excellent. eggs, sausage or bacon, hash browns or home fries. and toast or pancakes. And it was delicious. The room was really clean and the beds very comfortable. body soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower. Great experience. and the staff were always very helpful.”

“There are high steps into the registration office. The staff/owner is very kind and helpful. The building is older but the room was comfortable and quite. They're working on some renovations so its only going to get better.”

“The clerk was very helpful since my reservation was lost in cyberspace. She took all my info and spoke with the manager and said they'd sort it out, and I was given a room with no further delay. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable, but the shower was terrible. Water pressure was barely more than a trickle and it oscillated unexpected from tepid to scalding without any reason. “Remodel work going on - and much needed. Bathroom sink drain leaked, phone did not work. If you wanted someone, half the time you walked over to the other motel to find one. Young man at the counter was friendly and smiled and helpful. The rest of the ones working there seemed to not like the job.”
