Tradewinds -Pet Friendly

Tradewinds is the perfect family holiday home. With three bedrooms, main with built in robe and en-suite. Modern well equipped kitchen with gas and electric cooking, dishwasher, all the mod cons you would expect, plus a breakfast bar to enjoy family meals.

Bedding Configuration:

Bedroom 1: Double bed

Bedroom 2: Two single bunk beds

Bedroom 3: Queen bed


Refundable Security Deposit: $250
The property has a large sunken lounge room with chaise lounge to chill out and relax. With an 80cm flat screen TV and stereo, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.

The large back covered patio is perfect for a sun filled breakfast or evening BBQ, plus outdoor furniture to seat 12 people. With a fully enclosed back yard, you can be worry free that the kids are safe and can enjoy themselves.Trade Winds is a short walk to Callala Beach and is so close that you can hear the waves breaking.

* This house IS pet friendly, a pet surcharge fee of $100 applies; all pets must be registered and pet fees paid via our Guest App after booking.

Note on pet fees & stays

2540 Beach Holiday Rentals is proud to offer our guests the option to bring their pet to our pet friendly listings. In providing this service, we need to ensure that our pet friendly properties are maintained to a standard suitable for ALL guests.

If you are bringing your pet, a mandatory additional cleaning fee of $100 will be payable after you book through our guest portal (you will receive details for this once you have confirmed your booking).

We reserve the right to cancel your pet request (and offer a booking cancellation) should we deem your pet unsuitable to stay at a short-term listing. We also reserve the right to charge extra (up to an additional $100) for shedding pets to cover the cost of steam cleaning. Should you state your pet to be non-shedding and our cleaners report pet hair and we need to book steam cleaning, we reserve the right to use your security deposit to cover the additional costs of steam cleaning. Even though the property is listed as pet friendly, we expect you ensure you treat our property with respect for the owners and other guests, and pets are kept off furniture and bedding and are cleaned up after.

Perfect NY Break

This is our 2nd time at the property, location is great and the house / garden fabulous. I mentioned in my previous review, the living room would benefit from a little TLC, an extra couch for seating and floorboards a lot easier to maintain :-) Looking forward to our next visit Thank you

One last holiday with my girl 🐾

Love Callala beach it is my happy place and all the rentals I have stayed in have been great including this one. Lots of bedding and towels available, the livingroom was a bit on the tired side, just needs a little TLC / spruce up, could possibly benefit from a hard floor rather than the well worn carpet. That said I would definitely stay here again I need to visit a lot more often, Thankyou

Tradewinds review

Excellent position, not on beach,but 2 min walk,close to a play park and great coffee shop. Beds are comfortable, kitchen well equipped,though oven temp difficult to guage.The lounge carpet was shabby and there weren't enough comfy seats for us all.

Cleanliness

The house are filthy with a lot of dog hair on carpet yes area and one one of the bed. There are spider webs and Spider everywhere in the house that we need to clean it out self, the BBQ stove are mouldy, the toilet is not clean properly..etc. The hot water malfunction on the 2nd nights of our stay, all adult need to shower with cold water. The house should come clean before the next checkin especially we being charged a lot of money for cleaning, extra $$$ cleaning fee with pet and I was told I need to pay extra $$ if the BBQ is not clean after use. This is not acceptable. The only good part is the house very well equipped eg : all utensil, vacuum, dryer, wine glass, washer…etc

A great location close to the beach. A clean comfortable house. Screen doors to the property would be a good addition to enhance airflow and prevent bugs coming inside.

Long weekend

Pleased with our stay, the only negative was the mess up with our booking by the host from Stayz - Stephen Holt. Quiet dissappointing but Nicole from 2540 beach rentals was great in organising another house for us.
