“Seriously the best stay ever. Leonie and Tim were so accommodating and great to chat to. The most comfortable beds, beautiful views, heated bathroom floors and overall very clean and tidy. We only stayed for the night but it was like home away from home-- would highly recommend if you're looking for a personal, comfortable, and cozy stay just outside of Hobart. 10/10, hope to come back here one day!”

“It was peaceful, well run and unintrusive. We felt comfortable and utilised all the various guest conveniences. We cooked in the kitchen, drank tea in the gardens, played games in the guest lounge whilst sipping complimentary port. Our room was clean, spacious, warm and inviting with good quality linen. The accomodation in Sandy Bay, is well situated with many restaurants and shops within a very short walk. ”
