“connessione internet in camera non funzionante, telecomando tv non funzionante e mai sostituito, pulizia villa carente (un giorno se la sono dimenticata, un altro hanno omesso una camera), pentole non servibili. ristorante bar chiuso. comunque resort gradevole, considerata la localizzazione”

Service came and brought a small Dyson which is not sufficient for rugs. Stained coffee spots on vanity in master and over needed wiping. Pots need to be updated - wasn’t able to cook eggs even after we purchased oil. Not enough glasses for the number of guest. Only one rollof paper towels provided for 15 people for a week. Was told I was only provided one per...
