I love the location, the beach, and pool at this house. It had beautiful decor and comfortable bedding. This is one of the newer homes on Exuma. I have stayed at several and this one was my favorite so far. Great for large families and all the spaces are very accommodating for many guests.

Very spacious for large groups.. perfect location- very close to fun restaurants/ bars/ airport. Pool beach deck amazing… beach deck with lounge chairs and beach chairs made big difference for many hang at beach on the deck…views from inside house to beach amazing - can see ocean for miles as soon as you step in house…master bedroom had closet full of beach necessities which we used - 6 folding beach chairs, all age life jackets, beach balls, gsmes , rafts…highly recommend

Amazing property. Exactly as it looks. Ayana was very helpful and responsible. Chef Joe was great and we had him come 2 nights. Water and beach absolutely stunning!

Family getaway

A dreamy setting with tranquil crystal clear water, lovely sandy beach that felt like walking on cake mix, perfect pool, and gracious home with ample spaces for lounging, dining, sleeping and pampering. Town and provisioning was convenient, airport close by, host and concierge very responsive. Perfect getaway for our family!

The property and beach were beautiful. We rented a car and that was critical. We had a chef prepare dinner each night—all arranged by Ayana who was very helpful.

Extended family vacation

We had a great pre-Thanksgiving trip with 16 of our family members to this beautiful house. The setting was absolutely breathtaking and it was the perfect size for 3 families with grandkids from age 1 to 19 to spend time together. We have been blessed to be able to travel to some awesome locations and this house in Exuma is up there as one of the best!

Family Vaycay

This was the perfect family vacation! Our last family vacation was to Disney World but we all liked this much more than Disney, even the kids! The house was amazing! We had a private beach and pool. The location was perfect! Centrally located on the island of GeorgeTown Exuma. We were assisted by an amazing concierge that helped make everything perfect! We definitely hope to be able to go back one day!

Everything we were looking for!

The house and management were exactly what we hoped for and read in previous reviews. Couldn’t have been happier. Had a few snags with the chef service but are satisfied with the remedy. Ayana is superb and an absolute doll.

Exuma Excellence

We had a fabulous time during our stay at Ralph's property. The house was magnificent, clean, and brand new. It's located steps from the breathtaking ocean which was definitely a highlight. The house comfortably fit our group of 14 and we would definitely return. Ralph and the property manager who was nearby were super kind, responsive and helpful during our stay and their recommendations were greatly appreciated! The only one negative was that the property is located in a new development and the other 2 homes were still very much construction zones, but it did not disrupt our stay too much.

AMAZING BEACH FRONT PROPERTY

The home was as described. The pictures do not do it justice though. Not only was it beach front ,it was off of the main road and private. There are two other homes close by but there was never an issue with noise. We had a few issues while there and the property manager had someone out to fix things. The concierge with Anyana was amazing!
