Hotel vicino a Calypso Bay Waterpark - Royal Palm Beach

“Hotel nuovissimo, camera comoda e spaziosa, con microonde, frigo, tv enorme, wifi veloce, bagno ampio e buoni prodotti di cortesia. Personale molto gentile, nel prezzo è compresa anche la colazione (discreta) ed il parcheggio, fronte hotel. Purtroppo ho trovato cibo maleodorante nel frigo, e per tutta la notte, anche da spento, il condizionatore ha emesso rumori fastidiosi, un vero peccato perche la struttura merita, ed è anche in una posizione furba, vicino ad alcuni ristoranti e supermarket.”

“I only picked this hotel because it did say it came with a free breakfast when it came time for breakfast. All I found was packets of hot chocolate and coffee and then ask the front office staff and they explained to me they were low on provisions and there was no manager to speak to due to the fact it was the weekend and they gave me a card and said I could try talking to someone on Monday. This does not seem acceptable when they advertise that they have free Breakfast.”

“We decided to stay here for a last minute trip. The staff when checking in was friendly and helpful. The room was not immaculately clean but not too many issues initially. The toilet was very short and we even had issue with it overflowing. We only changed the door tag to allow a cleaning one day and they came in and took trash and took old towels but left the beds unmade. “Very charming on the outside. Wonderfully renovated on the inside. They are still renovating at the moment but you’re not in a construction zone. It was a nice hidden gem! Highly recommend!”
