“Non esiste lobby Dall esterno con le sbarre di ferro Ufficio fatiscente , sporchissimo Alla mattina alle 7.30 am personale pulizia urla e carrelli avanti indietro , rumore infernale Allé 08.45 entrata in camera , personale pulizie , malgrado avessi detto occupato. Esperienza negativa per Usd 170,— la prima notte e Usd 112.— la seconda notte.”

“Hotel nuovissimo, camera comoda e spaziosa, con microonde, frigo, tv enorme, wifi veloce, bagno ampio e buoni prodotti di cortesia. Personale molto gentile, nel prezzo è compresa anche la colazione (discreta) ed il parcheggio, fronte hotel. Purtroppo ho trovato cibo maleodorante nel frigo, e per tutta la notte, anche da spento, il condizionatore ha emesso rumori fastidiosi, un vero peccato perche la struttura merita, ed è anche in una posizione furba, vicino ad alcuni ristoranti e supermarket.”

“My room had flies and a cockroach. Carpet was so dirty, had stains and rips all over.”

“First of all the room smelled bad. They had a ozone air cleaner in room that was very noisy. The ice machine was destroyed on the 3rd floor same as it was during my last stay a few months ago. The fitted sheet doesn't fit right and kept coming undone. No shampoo for the shower bottle was empty. Floor and carpet was very dirty. When walking barefoot your feet became filthy had to keep shoes on in room. Breakfast was not good eggs and sausage was cold had to put in microwave to heat.”

“I only picked this hotel because it did say it came with a free breakfast when it came time for breakfast. All I found was packets of hot chocolate and coffee and then ask the front office staff and they explained to me they were low on provisions and there was no manager to speak to due to the fact it was the weekend and they gave me a card and said I could try talking to someone on Monday. This does not seem acceptable when they advertise that they have free Breakfast.”

“Reception was not very welcoming. I was waiting for 45 min to check in at 10 PM when I arrived. Property is new, towels had some hair so I did not use it. It was clean overall. People were coming and complaining about a lot of things non stop while I was waiting to check in. I just booked it last minute and definitely can tell you get what you paid for. Advice- go find property $50 more and you'll get a normal room, real bed and clean towels.”

“Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Location was walking distance to various tourist spots. Rooms were as advertised with unique features making it breathtaking upon entering. Couldn’t have asked for better service and wished we could have stayed longer. 10/10 would recommend for couples or a solo trip.”
