This is a one of a kind property, part of an authentic castle that has been carefully renovated. It offers a private swimming pool that can be heated on request and terraces with breath-taking views. This charming property is just 10 minutes’ drive away from the marvellous sandy beaches of Pietra Santa and Forte dei Marmi, with the nearest restaurant only 50 metres away. Camaiore town is 3km away with a wide range of shops, restaurants, and more.

On the ground floor, the main house includes a large, comfortable open plan lounge with fireplace, modern kitchen and dining area, with large French doors opening onto the outside; a guest bathroom with toilet and sink, and laundry room. A spiral staircase takes us to the top floor, where we find one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath tub and large windows, and one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.

Next to the main house there is an annexe with a sitting area, kitchenette (induction hob), one double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

Outside, the villa offers a beautiful swimming pool (8x4m; 1.2m deep; open from May 1 to October 15; depuration: salt) which can be heated up to 28 degrees Celsius. The garden is rich in lavender bushes, roses, lemon and orange trees organized on different levels and with several terraces which are ideal spots for outdoor aperitifs and dinners.

PLEASE NOTE:
- we believe the villa to be suitable for children from the age of 12 on, due to its frame and structure.
- guests will have to park their car in a private garage (about 300 meters from the villa) and from there will be picked up with a dedicated vehicle and taken directly to the entrance of the property.
- due to its layout and stairs, we do not recommend this property for elderly, children and people with walking difficulties.
