Anche se tutti i servizi di cui potresti aver bisogno dalla città sono a 5 minuti a Stanwood, il ritiro si trova in un angolo dell'isola che sembra un mondo lontano. Senza vicini vicini o strade, la quiete di notte ti offrirà una pausa riposante. Dopo una notte di ringiovanimento, svegliati al chiacchiericcio delle aquile calve e al dolce ronzio degli alpaca.
La zona giorno principale si apre su due ampi ponti perfetti per grigliare o raccogliere all'aperto con viste spettacolari su Port Susan e Mount Rainier. Un grande prato in erba è delimitato da splendidi giardini. Il livello inferiore della casa è perfetto per i bambini con due letti a castello, un tavolo da ping pong e tanto spazio per muoversi. Se si desidera utilizzare questo livello per qualcos'altro, i letti e il tavolo possono essere facilmente rimossi e sostituiti con tavoli, sedie o altri mobili. Un pickleball all'aperto / campo da basket intratterrà per ore. Se siete dell'umore giusto per una passeggiata nella natura, abbiamo un sentiero forestale privato di un chilometro solo per i nostri ospiti. È un ottimo posto per osservare gli uccelli e godersi l'energia della foresta. Se hai bisogno di un alloggio per altre persone, offriamo anche "Alpaca Cottage", una casa unica, spaziosa, con una camera da letto che può ospitare fino a sei persone e si trova in un'altra area della fattoria.

• 20 minuti in auto da I-5.
• Situato all'estremità nord dell'isola, così mentre ti sembrerà di essere in una posizione remota, sei a soli 5 minuti di auto da Stanwood; non c'è bisogno di occuparsi del traffico dell'isola.

Amazing view!

Beautiful home and property! Unfortunately, we were there for a wedding so didn’t get to spend much time with the beautiful view! We would love to go back and stay when we can just relax! Host was amazing at communication!

Hard to even know what to say about a property that is so unique and beautiful. The home is an architectural treasure. The view cannot be topped. Private walking path through the woods on the property provided ample exploration of native trees and plants, as well as interaction with the bald eagle nesting on the property. And then there are the alpacas….feeding them with Karen and Hugo was an experience none of my family will forget. If convenience is your thing there are groceries and anything else you might want in a five minute drive. Hands down I would do it again. And again. And again.

Accurate listing, but still a pleasant surprise!

The house is spacious, beautifully designed, and well kept. We had a short stay, but definitely enjoyed our time there and had plenty to explore on the property. The Alpacas were beautiful and very friendly to my kids!

Weekend Getaway

Absolutely amazing! Such a peaceful, wonderful location and the house/grounds were just as described. Joining the host for a morning Alpaca feeding was a highlight! The house was immaculate, had everything you need for a great stay. Can't wait to come back!

What a great house and property!

Our family was in town for a wedding and we all loved the house. The kids really enjoyed seeing all the beautiful alpacas. The house was very clean, spacious and well stocked. Plenty of space for our group of ten. Pickleball and ping pong were big hits too. Highly recommend!

Special Property and Spectacular Views

The entire family agreed that this was one of the nicest houses we have ever stayed in. It was very spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The adults appreciated the peace and quiet and the opportunity to relax and enjoy the views. The children enjoyed the basement, especially the ping-pong table and the outdoor areas that allowed for catch and running around. Karen was a very responsive host and thought of every detail for our stay. The cherry on top of the beautiful property was the opportunity to feed the alpacas. Thank you Karen and Hugo for a wonderful and memorable stay.

Perfect getaway

Karen is a great host and the place is extremely beautiful and very clean! This is a perfect place to go and just enjoy the beautiful nature with friends and family. We really appreciate them for letting us feed the alpacas that’s definitely one of the high points of our trip. The lowest point was that we only booked the place for one night :( we will definitely be back to stay longer!

Excellent way to spend a celebration weekend!

My parents had their 60th wedding anniversary celebration on Camano Island and many friends and family stayed the weekend. My group of aunts and cousins got to stay on the Alpaca Farm and enjoy the welcoming space, expansive views, and talking to the sweet alpacas! The serenity was bliss! The hosts were very welcoming and the home was immaculate. It was a beautiful place to be! Thank you!

A top shelf home and property

This amazing property and home far exceeded our expectations. We VRBO all over the world and this place is easily in our top three worldwide. Extremely well managed, location is great, private, and well equipped with all the essentials. I give this place a 12 out of 10 and would not hesitate to recommend this property to any family looking for the ranch style outdoors classic pacific coast experience. We spent 3 nights and 4 days- sad to leave

Wonderful Family Getaway (and ADA friendly too!)

We had a wonderful family time at this beautiful property. The house is fun for everyone and was very easy to access for our ADA access requiring grandfather. The kids really enjoyed the ping pong setup and everyone enjoyed the views and feeding the Alpacas! Thank you for offering this great property!

Even better than the photos!

We had an incredible stay at the Alpaca Retreat. The property itself has a view looking out on the water and the photos don't even do it justice. Everything we needed was there right when we arrived and it was a perfect house for our group of 10. There is even an extra fridge that we could use for beverages AND we got in touch with the owners who let us FEED THE ALPACAS before we left. Would absolutely recommend this stay to anyone who is looking at it :) Thank you!

Stunning Property with Gracious Hosts!

This property has absolutely stunning views that pictures don’t do justice. It’s located on a working farm so our little one loved getting to see the Alpacas, goat, and horse. The inside of the house is gorgeous and equipped with what you need for your stay. The hosts were very kind and quick to answer any questions we had and even organize a “meet & feed” with the Alpacas. These are not negatives, just more of an fyi: There is limited wifi unless you bring your cord to connect into their tower which improved speed and also there are no tv’s. But there are plenty of games, books, and acres to get outside and enjoy the beauty! We would absolutely stay here again :)

Highly recommend

This was the perfect stay.. we went north for whale watching east for a German town and of course into Seattle. The kids loved the animal's it was so quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was well equipped to make any meals we wanted .We take the kids and grandkids on a trip once a year and stay at vbro homes. This is in our top 2. Thank you Beth

wedding weekend

This property was perfect for our family to stay as it was close to the venue our daughter was getting married at. The surroundings were more beautiful than even pictured. The alpacas were so cute and always made us smile as we drove in and out. The house had all we needed. Each bathroom had plenty of towels. Kitchen had plenty of plates, glasses, cute alpaca mugs, etc. We had a large group of family for lunch and it was the perfect size for everyone and Karen was very good about communicating and gracious to agree. Check in and check was super easy. I only wish we had an extra couple days to relax, sit on the deck and enjoy the view. Our daughter is now living in Mount Vernon so I'm sure we will be back. Thank you so much to Karen and Hugo!

Wonderful house!

Gorgeous home with beautiful views. Enjoyed playing ping pong downstairs and visiting the alpacas--and was graciously offered (via text) the chance to feed them. We arrived to find a custom greeting written on a small chalkboard, on a table alongside a bowl of snacks. What a warm welcome. Would love to stay again.
