“Excellent accommodation with all amenities one would want, along with thoughtful extras. A lot of thought has been put into providing a very clean, private and comfortable base in Hamilton. The breakfast supplies were an added bonus with bread, jams, honey etc, cereals, fruit cups. We would definitely be very happy to stay again.”

“We had only one rainy night here, coming from Rotorua and enjoyed sitting on the sheltered veranda smelling gras, not sulfur! :) It is a simple home that is nice for people that like animals. Who can resist, looking into the big, gentle eyes of a lama, when opening the curtains? We cannot. Whatching the lamas, rabbit and turkeys during breakfast was much better than morning TV”

“Foxgloves is an excellent B&B in a fully restored villa with matching furniture and decoration. Hosts Grace and Patrick will do everything to make your stay great, to start with serving generous and delicious breakfast (and dinner if you want as well). The B&B lies isolated in a beautiful area, the perfect place to relax without mobile phone coverage (wifi is available). Raglan is only a 30 min drive away. We will come back!”

“The house was absolutely beautiful and was situated about 15 minutes outside Hamilton. I have traveled a lot a the hosts were excellent. I got to meet two other guests staying there as well. I didn’t have a tv in my room but it gave me the opportunity to unplug from the world. I did log in using their high speed internet and it was the best of any location I stayed at in New Zealand. The shower was awesome as well! I took some pictures as I’m looking to update my shower at home as well. ...
