“Room had dog prints from mud on the doors and it smelled like cleaning agent covering animal urine. People were yelling at pets all night. ”

“For the most part it was good. The issues we ran into was that the pool was quite cold. At breakfast, there was no apple juice, the pancake maker was having many issues working, and one of the hot plates sat empty the whole time. We had booked with this chain previously advertising the same breakfast setup but the other one had much more options. Toilet got clogged very easily in our room ”

“Power went out while I was waiting to check in. Not the properties' fault as there was a severe thunderstorm happening. The room was OK until I went to bed. The pillows and bedspread smelled by bad body odor. Very glad I brought my own pillow.”

“Clean room, great staff and a great gathering area in the lobby.”

“Booked a double queen room, when we got there they only had a single king available. When we got to the room and pulled out the pullout couch there was no mattress. I went to the front desk and was told there aren’t mattresses on the pullouts and was given a pillow and a blanket for my daughter to sleep on. Needless to say we all slept in the king. Why would I pay for a double queen room for 3 of us to share a bed. Highly unsatisfied.”

“Both chairs in the room appeared to have fecal mattet on them and long hair in the shower. We were offered the opportunity to change rooms.”

“Air conditioning was nice and cold. The room was comfortable. We would stay again. ”

“The gentleman that checked us in was very friendly and pleasant. Room was clean. Quiet stay. ”

“Property was very clean. Rooms smelt very clean and were very clean. Pool area was nice. Pool could have been just a touch warmer, but was very clean and didn't smell of heavy chemicals.”

“Room was clean, good breakfast. Did have a couple issues first the floors and doors are so thin you hear everything, sounds like herds of elephants running through the hallway and above you. Had a hard time sleeping. Second thing the light in the bathroom went out, I notified the desk but never gained power made it difficult to get ready. ”

“Good stay. Decent Price. Parking was full, but staff was accommodating and let us park in a non-official spot as long as it wasn't blocking anyone else's car.”
