Historic Georgian Cottage on Midsummer Common

A stunning and sympathetically restored Georgian home on the beautiful Midsummer Common. Whether you enjoy the feeling of two hundred year old original floorboards under your feet, watching cows graze on the meadows opposite the home or visiting the historic Cambridge Colleges, this home offers a rare opportunity to experience the city centre, nature and the past all at the same time. Convenience stores, restaurants and shops are a very short walk from the front door.

House rules:
1. Furniture must not be moved around the house without permission.
This is to protect cleaning staff from injury when returning items to their original position and to protect the property and furniture from damage.
2. Early check in and late check out:
Please get in touch with our team if you would like to arrange an early check-in or late check-out. We should be happy to accommodate this on a case by case basis. In general, the house must not be occupied by another guest for the night before or after your stay for it to be possible and there may be a pro rata fee based on the nightly rate and the additional time required.
We have a zero tolerance policy of guests attempting to check in early without prior approval. If you do this and the house is not yet ready, you will be asked to leave and return at the check in time. This behaviour causes unnecessary stress for our cleaning team, who already have a difficult job cleaning and preparing the house in the four-hour window between guests.
