This spacious 1-bed house has been modernized and offers everything you'll need for a relaxing stay in the city. Our home features a new modern kitchen and a lovely enclosed garden. The Space:

Beautifully restored Victorian terraced house with 2 floors. On the ground floor, you are welcomed directly into the large living room which leads onto the recently refurbished and extended kitchen at the back of the house. For entertainment, we have provided a Smart TV where you can log in to your account and watch from any streaming account you have like Netflix, Disney + or Amazon. The kitchen is bright and modern overlooking the pretty walled garden where you can make the most of those British sunny days. On the first floor, it provides one double bedroom and one family bathroom with bath/shower. Booking with us gives you access to discounts and/or freebies at local cafés and attraction!

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire property during their stay. If you plan to arrive late, please be mindful of the neighbors, Kindly be respectful and avoid making loud noises during the quiet hours.



The Neighborhood:

The house is located just a stone's throw away from the green Parkers Piece and Christ’s Pieces, right in the heart of the city center. Here you can find extensive shopping and cultural facilities, colleges, and tree-lined River Cam is just a short walk away. For some retail therapy, you can browse the many high-street brands and independent boutiques that offer statement pieces. The Grand Arcade Shopping Centre is guaranteed to satisfy all your shopping needs with over 50 stores ranging from fashion and beauty to technology and homeware.

Although Cambridge is a hub for education and shopping, the area is also home to idyllic green spaces; popular spots are Jesus Green, Parker's Piece, and the Botanic Garden, making them the ideal escape from city life.

Cambridge is home to a plethora of museums and art galleries, so whether you enjoy history, science, archaeology, or zoology. For theatre lovers, Cambridge Arts Theatre and the Cambridge Corn Exchange are also close by which offer a full program of plays, musicals, comedy, and well-known live music acts. The national pastime of Cambridge and one of the best ways to see the city is to punt down the river. The brave do the stick-bit themselves but why not treat yourself and a book to a gondolier-like guide to navigate the river Cam for you? And of course, we cannot forget to mention the 31 colleges that form the University of Cambridge. Getting Around:

The property is right in the City center so we recommend walking around or if you want to feel like a true 'Cantabrigian', hiring a bicycle. NO PARKING provided at the property.

Once your booking is confirmed, rest assured that our price rates include fresh linen, soft towels, and the final cleaning fee. Additional housekeeping services are available upon request for an extra charge. You’ll have the entire property to yourselves throughout your stay. Enjoy the convenience of self check-in and settle into a professionally cleaned, well-maintained space complete with fluffy pillows, crisp bed linen, and all the essentials for a comfortable and relaxing visit. PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT TO REVIEW THE HOUSE RULES PRIOR TO BOOKING. We have a strict policy against parties or events of any kind on the premises. The lead guest must complete the online check-in form, agree to our Terms & Conditions, and upload at least 1 ID before check-in. Forms must be filled at least 24 hours prior to the check in date. We operate a self-check-in system and cannot meet our guests to check their IDs and verify guests in person. Failure to do so may result in the reservation being cancelled and the cancellation policy will still apply.



SAFETY & SECURITY: Please make sure you close and lock all the windows and doors when you are not on the property. If the property is found left unsecured (windows or doors open/unlocked) during your stay and/or at check-out, we retain the right to charge a penalty fee. A fee will also apply if the keys are misplaced during your stay or not returned to the lockbox at check-out. Thank you, we really appreciate your co-operation!



A £350 security deposit hold will be placed on your card two days before check-out and released after your stay, provided no issues are identified. Funds typically return within 3–5 working days, depending on your bank. This does not apply to Airbnb bookings. For stays of 10 nights or longer, an interim housekeeping service or linen change must be arranged during your stay. Failure to do so may result in additional charges at check-out. Please do not wash our linens or towels, as they require professional laundering. Charges may apply for unauthorised washing, excessive soiling, or replacement of damaged items. Additional charges may also apply if the property is left in an unreasonable condition at check-out, such as excessive rubbish being left behind or dishes and cookware not being cleared away or loaded into the dishwasher.
