Hotel con piscina a Cambridge Springs

“It was overall fairly clean, but our room had an “off” smell. The swimming pool deck paint was peeling and stuck to our feet. I also called ahead to see if they had extra cots for kids and they said yes, they would put one in our room. When I checked in they said they didn’t have anything. Pretty frustrating.”

“We only stayed one night because we were passing through after a long day of driving, but unfortunately this hotel was a disappointment. We paid $145.30 for the room and expected it to be clean and well maintained. The room did not match the photos very well. The bedding had brown stains and had to be replaced, the bathroom counters didn’t appear to have been wiped down, the floors didn’t seem properly cleaned, the chairs were heavily stained, and the refrigerator was broken and smelled.
