The entrance had overflowing garbage and the doors to enter the hotel were not locked anyone could walk the halls. You could hear people arguing at 2 am in the parking lot. “We stayed in room 307- it smelled absolutely disgusting of cigarette smoke. Front desk gave us cleaning spray to help, we had all 4 windows opened and no relief in the atrocious smell. Front desk stay said they were sold out of rooms and could not move us at all. I understand circumstances come up and the front desk staff was professional it was just extremely frustrating and frankly totally unacceptable.
