Cottage 2/1 completamente ristrutturato con un enorme ponte su un acro che si affaccia sul lago Wateree sul lato Camden.

Molo privato, nuovissimo molo e rampa privata!

Il nostro lago è un lago di tipo entrata sulla spiaggia a seconda del livello dell'acqua. Solo 20 minuti a Camden! Solo 1 ora e 15 minuti dal centro di Charlotte. Vista panoramica sull'acqua senza ostacoli con oltre 100 piedi di facciata sul lago! Nuovi pavimenti in legno e tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici in una splendida cucina "Chip and Joanna approvata"! 5 posti letto. 15 minuti a Wal-Mart, Starbucks e Chic-Fil-a. 1 miglio a Clearwater Marina. Facile accesso stradale a questa pensione.

This place was absolutely amazing! The host was very kind and made sure we had everything we needed.It made us feel right at home. Very cozy and the beds were comfortable. The sunrise and sunsets were beautiful. We loved watching the geese ducks, squirrels and deer. We definitely look forward to coming back.

We had a great stay! The house was very nice with easy access to both the lake and marina. It was just a quick trip for us, but everything was convenient, comfortable, and enjoyable. We’d definitely come back again!

The location is amazing. It's right on the water, quiet, has great views (yes the sunset really is amazing). It can be a little confusing to find if you're looking for house numbers, but the directions given by the host made it very simple, and Google Maps took us right to the house either wayThe house needs some updating, but nothing major. The towel bar in the bathroom is not secured to the wall and falls off as soon as you try to use it. There is not a lot of space in the bathroom, and not having a towel rack accentuated that. One of the lamps in the master bedroom needs the switch replaced, as it just spins freely when you try to turn it on. The covered porch provides great views of the cove, and the rest of the house served exactly what we were looking for to have a relaxing weekend.Our biggest surprise was that the boat ramp and dock were most definitely not private. It's possible nobody else SHOULD have been using it, but multiple other houses in the cove were using both during our stay. Everybody was plenty polite so no issues there, but if you're expecting an actual private dock/boat ramp, you may want to confirm that prior to booking.

Hands down exceeded every expectation. The perfect family get away with young boys under age 10. Enjoyed kayaking, fishing off the dock, making s’mores over the fire pit, eating meals on the porch, and watching the sunset from the rocking chairs. Hoping to make this location an annual spot for family vacations.

Needs some TLC and a serious DEEP Clean

The cottage location and layout are great, BUT it needs lots of TLC. 2 kitchen cabinet doors are ready to fall off, the shower faucet and handles are really loose, the towel rack is busted, toilet paper holder on backwards. All those things can be easily fixed with a little time and money. The biggest complaint I have is the cleanliness of the cottage. Shower mat was gross (i washed it) towels didn't smell clean so I also rewashed those, one of the twin beds had dirt and crumbs in it, the kitchen floor is absolutely filthy black and the bathroom floor, sink, tub and toilet were not cleaned. I found some cleaner and cleaned what was clearly visible so I didn't feel as grimey. but needs a major mopping. Wouldn't stay again unless these things were all rectified.

Really nice location and access.

I was fairly impressed with the location and the access to the lake. The house was as advertised and I was pleasantly surprised by the room available in the kitchen area and the deck. The dock is newer and was great for just sitting and enjoying the view and the sun. The location on the lake was good as there was very little boat traffic in the immediate vicinity. My only concern was the shape of some features in the bathtub and kitchen cupboards. Not a show stopper, but a little annoying. Overall a very good place to stay. I'll be looking to come back.

Nice Place

If 2 beds/1 bath is a fit for your group and both pet & boat friendly are important to you, this home is one of the better options at Lake Wateree. Privacy is lacking but it's a trade off we were willing to make for the many positive amenities the property has.

Week long lake ride

House is fine, dock and ramp are superb, super nice to be able to walk down and step onto the boat, rode the lake everday. House was cozy, great size for a couole or small family. AC kept pace thru 100+ heat index days, porch was very nice while the bugs were tolerable. There were nights the bugs kept us inside. Bathroom fixtures are cheap, requires a little fancy handle work, but 100% usable As for the furniture, thats where this house lacks comfort. Our bed was terrible, my shoulder and neck hurt everyday, matteress is well worn, and the gel pad on top exacerbated the feeling of the hole in the middle, we both complained about neck, shoulder, back pain. The living room furniture is equally uncomfortable.

Nice little lake house!

Nice place, quiet neighborhood, extremely great communication and service from property managers. Behind beds in kids room had trash that hadn't been cleaned and between cushions on couch there was some dirt. Minisplit Ac/heat units may need cleaning as they seemed musty smelling at first. That was my only complaints and not anything that was real bad. Enjoyed our stay there and wish I would have had more time there. I would come back and stay here again. Thanks for sharing your house with us!
