Bring the entire family (or two) and relax in the style and comfort of our Birdnest home located at the 3 mile marker of the Niangua Arm of Lake of the Ozarks! This six bedroom, four and a half bath home sits on three acres with 450 feet of shoreline in the back of a cove off the main channel.

On the main level you can spoil yourself in the Chef's kitchen complete with Viking appliances: 6 burner gas stove with griddle, microwave, convection & wall oven, granite counter tops, breakfast bar, breakfast nook, plenty of cabinets and a walk-in pantry. The living room features 20 foot wood beam ceilings, a large flat screen smart TV and adjacent dining area, plus a master suite with a king bed, Smart TV, ceiling fan, private bath, walk-in closet and access to the upper deck. Master bath includes split double sinks, large shower, private water closet & jetted tub.

The lower level features four bedrooms. 2 King bedrooms each with semi-private baths, ceiling fans and deck access and two queen bedrooms with ceiling fans, one with patio access. The lower level also features a large bar complete with a full sized refrigerator, sink, dishwasher. microwave and ice maker with seating for six guests. There is also a game table and an additional living area with a large flat screen smart TV as well as access to the lower patio area.

The bunk room sits over the three car garage and features a queen bed, two twin over twin bunk beds, living room seating and a large flat screen smart TV. There is also a small bar with microwave and small refrigerator and a full bathroom with stand up shower. The bunk room has a separate climate control from the rest of the home.

Exterior features include the covered upper deck off the main level with a 6 burner gas grill, screened sitting area off the kitchen, lower level covered sitting area and a lower level screened sitting area. Also on the lower level you will find the firepit area with wood, additional patio area, pathway to the dock and grass yard. The large dock features one covered slip (12 x 24), additional boats can be tied to either side of the padded dock, 2 PWC slips with lifts, swim platform with wet steps and a bar. The front of the home features an additional covered sitting area with lake view, three car garage, plenty of additional parking, basketball goal by upper parking area, on-site parking for your boat trailers, and a semi-private boat ramp adjacent to the home which is situated about 50 feet from your private dock.

While this home features lots of privacy. it is only about 10 minutes from Camdenton to the East where you will find plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and local shopping opportunities and to the West there is a movie theater, shopping and additional grocery store and local restaurants as well.
