“Very clean. Everyone super nice and doing there best to cater to the people staying at the resort. Always asking how they could help.
Only thing i could critique would be that me and the wife wish there was more dining options. But the stay was amazing overall and we look forward to coming back”

“Had an awesome stay. Our room was perfect, very clean, breakfast was delicious.The Hotel staff very friendly and helpful they went above and beyond to accommodate us! I will definitely be back again. If I could rate higher I would!! ”
“Loved it here. The welcome was great even though they are going thru renovations they couldn't be more helpful at accommodating us. The place was quiet and clean and easy to walk around. Loved the Waymo driverless taxis everywhere. Took several. Felt super safe even though all my friends freaked out lol. I need to come back next year so will be staying here definitely. ”
“The Hyatt grand Hotel was absolutely beautiful from the minute we arrived.
Very friendly staff greeting us. And the view across to the pool area with all the glass, the gorgeous.
The food was also very good during our stay. We were there on a business trip and even the catered lunches are fabulous.”

“Brand new, beautiful setup. The fitout and design of the hotel is top class. The Kauboy restaurant is exceptional… we ended up eating there every night. We had a room on the side opposite the bars and never heard any outside noise. The rooftop pool is also incredible. We would come back to Phoenix just to stay here!”
