“Douglas was very responsive and provided detailed instructions for check-in. Property managers were also friendly. Was surprised at the condition of the unit based on the photos though. Could’ve used some renos with marks on walls, discoloured grout, bedroom door with a rip, worn living room cushions, iron with burnt residue that transferred to our clothes, and loft bed’s floor boards were straining when you step on them. “he hotel is beautiful and just 2 km from the center of the city of Thana Rata, where you can visit the tea plantations, forests, plantations of strawberries and much more. The room was spacious and clean, you can enjoy the view from you room. The service was very good, the people would help you in every needs and they were very nice. The weather is quite rainy and chilly nights ago, so it is advisable to bring a sweater. In the city center is almost everything, I recommend!”

“Eine wunderschöne, überschaubare und ruhige Anlage im britischen, altmodischem Kolonialstil Da die Anlage etwas außerhalb des Ortes liegt, ( 15 Min zu Fuß), hat man einen fantastischen Panorama Blick. Die Häuser sehen aus wie in Hobbiton. Alles ein wenig charmant in die Jahre gekommen und man fühlt sich zurückversetzt. Alles liebevoll angelegt, Blumen, Figuren, Fotos etc. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und waren 3 Nächte dort.”
