Es liegt direkt vom dem Nachmarkt, ist jedoch nicht laut bis auf die üblichen Geräusche von Mitbewohnern. Der Empfang ist etwas umständlich geregelt, da man erst zu einem anderen Block fahren muss, mit eigenem Fahrzeug jedoch kein Problem. Parken ist unproblematisch im Basement mit Key-Karte möglich.
