“Very nice room, clean and tidy. Free parking place. Nice breakfast, kind staff. Hot coffee, tea, snacks available 24/24. ”

“We were there for family reunion. It was comfortable.”

“We checked in at 8pm after a day in the heat. Our room was 90 degrees even though the staff said their notes said the air conditioner was on. The staff also mentioned that the room should cool off in an hour. We couldn't sleep in the temperature of the room. We had an awful night. The sink counter was at an odd height (low), dirty, and the beds were very firm. Pool was closed for the season(it is July). We had a suite that included a kitchenette and full fridge. No utensils, paper products,...

“Stayed here briefly for one night. Room was sufficient for our needs. Kids loved the pool. Breakfast spread was good. Would totally come back”

“When we checked in I asked the associate where is a good place to eat. She said any where is but no recommendations. Very disappointing for sure. Then my sister went for a walk and went to come back to out room. She went to the wrong room and her room card worked on this other guests room. That is totally unacceptable.”

“Stayed 1 night. Very conveniently located for shopping and museum. Hotel is undergoing renovations which is good as it is quite dated. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. No privacy curtains in the rooms.. Just a pull down shade. That was a concern. No breakfast included but they had a restaurant in the hotel.. I did not visit it.”
