“There was slight damage to the room we were in, the chipped paint, the sink had this pink spot that was stuck, there was a line of dirt on the ground between the wall and the bed, and there were stains on the blankets - it was closer to tidy than it was clean but it did do the job for a couple nights:)”

“This place was so gross I didn't even bother to finish checking in, I left and stayed at another hotel. They should be ashamed to try sell this to the public. ”

“I was told that I needed to empty my trash into the dumpster myself. Being GF I found nothing to eat at breakfast that was not gluten. Coffee available but if you wanted juice you had to buy it from the vending machine. No utensils, so I had to use my bottle cap to scoop up the microwave egg breakfast I bought at Walmart.”

“There was mud down the hallway and no soap in the shower dispenser but there were two used bars of soap still in the soap dish in the shower”

“The water slides were under renovation, would have been nice to have a notice about that. The pool was very cold; the rooms were run down and don't appear to have been deep cleaned in a significant period of time. The tv has some sort of mystery shut off set, there's no sleep timer or any timer set on it, it just shut off every 20 to 30 minutes.”

“Staff was incredibly rude and accuse me of lying about how many people were staying. My parents were helping me bring my kids and luggage in but were not actually staying. My husband then called the manager as he was not with us and she got mad and hung up on him We walked out and refused to stay. ”

“The hotel was in a location convenient to everything. The room was freshly updated and the staff was great. The lobby was in the process of being updated along with other areas of the hotel. When the updates are completed the hotel will be even better. ”
