“Wonderful staff!”

“La struttura è un motel anche se non si capisce dalla descrizione, le camere non sono nuove come in foto ma vecchie e puzzano di muffa. Bagno fatiscente ”

“Il motel era discreto considerando il prezzo purtroppo a noi è stata assegnata una stanza nel seminterrato dove c'era odore di muffa e i vetri erano sporchissimi. Le stanze ai piani superiori sembravano migliori.”

“We checked in at 8pm after a day in the heat. Our room was 90 degrees even though the staff said their notes said the air conditioner was on. The staff also mentioned that the room should cool off in an hour. We couldn't sleep in the temperature of the room. We had an awful night. The sink counter was at an odd height (low), dirty, and the beds were very firm. Pool was closed for the season(it is July). We had a suite that included a kitchenette and full fridge. “We arrived later than anticipated for check in around 9:30 pm. The individual at the front desk remained on the phone for several minutes while another patron waited to ask a question and I was waiting to be checked in. The person in front of me waiting wanted to know where the elevator was located. She waited nearly 10 min while the clerk finished the call. In terms of customer service, I would think it is best to place a caller on a brief hold and attend to the line of guests waiting in...

“Nel complesso una buona struttura, ma poco attenti ai piccoli dettagli. Dosatori nella doccia vuoti, asciugamani mancanti. Buona la pulizia e ottimo il personale”

“Front desk staff was friendly. Room clean and quiet. Breakfast was good. Pool was small which was ok, kids still swam. What’s around…Brewery next door closes 6pm. Might be open til 8pm Fri-Sat. Keuka creamery for ice cream was good as could walk across street thru parking lots or just drive to it. Stayed 1 night. Close drive to Depot park small swim area opens 11am. Champlin park close too but lifeguard said rec swimming 9-1pm. Both had small swim areas on keuka lake with lifeguards.”
