“Room was clean on check in but was not cleaned during the stay- didnt have very much interaction with any staff other than check in and out- he was friendly. Pool was nice(water could have been warmer) the room was nice enough , not the most comfortable bed or couch but overall fine”

“Room was very dark with limited lighting. Room was very hot requiring maintenance visit to fix hvac. No hot water in the shower one morning.”

“Everything was fine; However I personally don’t find the decor/ambiance very warm or inviting….. just a personal preference. We did appreciate the location which is near our son’s home and we were happy about the amount we paid. The gal at the front desk was very nice and helpful.”

“Brewhalla was an incredible surprise and easily one of the most memorable places I’ve stayed. I was traveling with my sister—who’s a huge craft beer fan—so I booked it thinking it was simply a hotel near a brewery. I couldn’t have been more wrong. Brewhalla isn’t just a place to stay... it’s an entire experience. The integrated market and food hall were such a fun bonus, with so many great food options. I had a burger from Unicorn Park that was honestly one of the best burgers I’ve ever had....

“Staff was very friendly and check in and checkout was painless. The room was ok. A section of the ceiling in the bathroom had a piece of Sheetrock just screwed up and nothing else done. Room cleanliness was ok but not perfect. Property is undergoing renovation which could explain the partial repair in our room. Bed was not very comfortable and made sleeping difficult. Our room looked out at 19th Ave so there was plenty of noise from people racing down the street and all the motorcycles...

“Breakfast was okay, friendly staff, clean room, good parking, bed was not very comfortable for me, thin walls-you can here people talking and door banging sound”

“I stayed for two nights. Was disappointed that we did not get fresh towels and beds were not straightened up after first night. Faucet dropped nonstop in tub. Hot tub very very hot and pool very cold. Staff friendly. No elevator which was difficult for me as a senior. Only had coffee in morning.”

“As soon as we got out of our vehicles by the doors we were called the N word by other guests, the late night staff on second night is on power trips, trying to call police on people in the lobby “when it’s closed” but cops must be on speed dial as they are always there with ambulances at least every day my family was there. Pool is open but it’s to cold to swim so the hot tub had a bunch of kids diving and kicking swimming and splashing in such a small space while their parents are getting...

“Just a list off the top of my head: Price for area and time was excellent Staff did well but there weren't enough Room was as advertised- good size, clean, TV only had one working channel and volume level Toilet was missing a floor screw and rocked Desk light was missing a bulb”

“As always the property was very well kept and the room was clean. The jets were even clean when I ran them no gunk came out of them (that’s why I love the place ) the exterior door for my room made my pet friendly stay even better for walks! Love that Bubba stays free with me. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Did not use the pool area. Breakfast could use some improvement but I am not going to nitpick about that when everything else is spectacular!”

“The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. We didn't use the kitchen. We didn't know that there wasn't a breakfast available. But, now we now and we plan on staying there again, because we can bring our own food and make it right there. We don't have to order out. The property and parking lot were clean. The staff was very helpful and respectful”
