“I'll have to say the hotel as a whole was really cool. My room was the only issue. The bathroom had a sewer smell the whole 24 hrs I was there. The air conditioner was malfunctioning and would grind when it kicked on. My room wasn't very clean. Especially the bathroom, lots of gunk around toilet and a bunch of hair on the walls. “Room was clean on check in but was not cleaned during the stay- didnt have very much interaction with any staff other than check in and out- he was friendly. Pool was nice(water could have been warmer) the room was nice enough , not the most comfortable bed or couch but overall fine”

“Everything was fine; However I personally don’t find the decor/ambiance very warm or inviting….. just a personal preference. We did appreciate the location which is near our son’s home and we were happy about the amount we paid. The gal at the front desk was very nice and helpful.”

“Staff was very friendly and check in and checkout was painless. The room was ok. A section of the ceiling in the bathroom had a piece of Sheetrock just screwed up and nothing else done. Room cleanliness was ok but not perfect. Property is undergoing renovation which could explain the partial repair in our room. Bed was not very comfortable and made sleeping difficult. Our room looked out at 19th Ave so there was plenty of noise from people racing down the street and all the motorcycles...

“This hotel was absolutely disgusting. The only reason I stayed at this hotel was because literally no other hotels were available due to graduation and a conference going on. First, the entire hotel smelled horrible of weed and cigarette smoke. So strong I got a horrible headache. Second, barely got any sleep due to constant car alarms going off, people talking loudly in the halls and banging on door the door of the neighboring room in the middle of the night demanding to be let in. “Room smells musty. Wall in bathroom by tub swollen and degrading from water. Carpets dirty Bathroom clean. Towels white - sheets you could see thru. Bed comfortable. Very broken down front desk chair, light cover over Florescent light broken and half off. Too tired to go anywhere else. Staff good. This place needs some serious simple fixes to make it nice. Paint goes a long way. I won’t be back.”

“The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. We didn't use the kitchen. We didn't know that there wasn't a breakfast available. But, now we now and we plan on staying there again, because we can bring our own food and make it right there. We don't have to order out. The property and parking lot were clean. The staff was very helpful and respectful”
