“I went during the Fourth of July weekend so not many weddings there. The grounds are very nice. The room was also quite nice and the bed was comfortable. I hope the hotel flourishes bc it felt quite homey. Now for the price point the services were a huge disappointment. The people that worked there were quite nice but very poorly trained. Check-in was confusing. I received an email thru Expedia saying I had to call to confirm the reservation otherwise the prepaid room was not...

“The room was updated and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the shower was gorgeous. However, there wasn't much water pressure and the room was dusty. The bedding was stained, but I was able to get clean linen quickly and a wash cloth to clean up room. Great a/c. In a good location.”

There was a floor lamp, but it was too dim to easily read. Twice I needed help for single things from the front desk, and both times I was unable to get what I needed. The bed was comfortable. “Great couple of nights stay at Shore House. Rooms have fun retro vibe. Clean rooms, helpful staff and central location. On site restaurant was good. Parking can get tricky if crowded or busy weekend.”
