“We enjoyed our overnight stay, it was staffed with pleasant persons that went out of their way to help us. The building, rooms, and facilities were nearly new, comfortable and very clean. We liked the location, which was 5 minutes to the beach, & near the highway, which made it easy for our family coming from several directions, to meet us. I highly recommend this hotel, we hope to be back again!”

“We stayed during the week and it was so quiet and private yet in the middle of an area that has tons to do. Close to beaches to walk the shore, restaurants, etc. We had great food on the property and enjoy the pool and grounds. Will return! ”

“Wonderful location, would definitely stay here again! Property is within 30mins or less of the Newport area and reasonably priced. Very clean outside annd overall of the room, lovely gas fire pit outside for end of night enjoyment. Front end staff were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay.”

“Great recently renovated room & bathroom, right on the sandy beach with a beach bar & food. The motel is well maintained. Bring chairs for the deck outside rooms as well as your beach items. We brought a portable grill which we used for dinners, which worked well along with the fridge already in the room. There is a limitation on available electricity - so no coffee maker or hair dryers in rooms. I believe suites have coffee makers & fridges. Not sure about microwaves. We will stay there...

“This hotel could be so amazing but just falls short. I booked this hotel mainly because of the pool which was such a major let down. The hot tub was absolutely disgusting and the pool itself was dirty and freezing. The hotel offered coffee around the clock, which was nice, but a simple breakfast in the morning would have been much more convenient. The bed and pillows were stiff. The hotel staff was very nice and friendly.”
