“When I arrived the elevator in the 4 story building was broken with no indication of when it would be fixed. I had to walk up and down 4 floors of stairs anytime I wanted to get to or leave my room. I carried my luggage as well. I feel even though it was a weekend , There should have been an emergency service to repair the elevator. There was no apology or offer of compensation due to the lack of an elevator. I am 71 and in good shape but my knees were getting sore and I was slightly out of...

“This is a beautiful property, however, it’s definitely in need of either aesthetic upgrades or structural upgrades. Exterior property is stunning, the bathrooms have leaks and or inoperable plumbing and the network went down a few times as well as an elevator that has broke during our stay. I truly loved every moment, I believe this should be reported”

“Booked late night for a one night stay b cause of the hot tub and when we checked in they said it would be open in the morning but it was closed and they said it won't open back up till Friday . They should have told me before checking in and we would have checked in to another hotel . This was very disappointing since my daughter wanted the hot tub .”

“I love the kitchen in the rooms and the re model. Was a little inconvenient with rooms moving and parking. I don't like that the price has raised so high it's become unaffordable at times I just sleep in my car instead. Inflation is out of control and as often as we rent rooms I feel like we are being overcharged we the customer (regulars) pay into the upgrades Everytime we stay here. Also breakfast in the bare minimal and always running out of instant food it's not even hot and for the price...
