“The pillowcases on the bed wear stained and the bed sheets were not clean. tha room was dated. The neighborhood was not very good. Very disappointed. booked for four nights and checked out after one night.”

“The hotel is undergoing some renovations so the lobby has no carpet. The hotel restaurant was closed for dinner despite it being listed as open leaving us with no dinner options. Staff was rude and dismissive. Room felt dirty and there were maintanence issues with the room. Check-out was good and morning staff was more pleasant than evening staff.”

“If I could give this place no stars I would, I checked in saw the room how nasty and unclean it was and checked out. Never again”

“Il prezzo è molto abbordabile e il personale è molto cordiale. La camera era ok con incluso un frigo e un microonde nell’area comune. Ma la palestra era temporaneamente non accessibile e la colazione e il caffè nelle aree comune non disponibili. Vicino all’hotel ci sono un ristorante e un posto dove poter bere caffè e ci sono inoltre strutture dove poter comprare cibo come CVS. Penso sia ragionevole se si è di passaggio ma è meglio organizzarsi con il cibo se si vuole alloggiare lì più a lungo.”

“The front desk staff wasn’t helpful or accommodating. Poor customer service and breakfast wasn’t as appealing. We stayed on the first level and the house keeping and maintenance was super helpful and great customer service. Any issues in regards to our room they tried to resolve them.”

“Shower was almost impossible to use, bedding was sub par,no elevator. Cleanliness doesn't seem like a priority. Apparently lots of truckers mixed with riff raff stay there, didn't feel exactly safe. Only positive was Raj at the front desk (late nught) very cheerful and helpful. Doubtful we'll be back. Way too much $ for sub par conditions”

“Poor management and customer service stood in the front office for almost an hour before the clerk woke up to check me in”

“Clean room, hot shower, comfy bed. Just what I needed when my flight was cancelled and I was stranded overnight. No shuttle, but on an easy bus stop.”

“Our room was very large and comfortable but the air heating / conditioning system was extremely noisy, we had to shut it down overnight. The hotel looks modern and well maintained.”

“Aspettato navetta per circa due ore hotel scadente camera più che sporca anche il bagno lenzuola da incenerire vecchie e macchiate . Mai più, soprattutto complimenti ad Expedia di cui continuò a fidarmi e mi manda in posti orribili. Grazie”
