Hotel con piscina a Campbell Hall

“Stayed at this hotel because the reviews were promising. When I arrived, the building was a little run down and the man behind the counter was nice and inviting, however I had to ask for my room to be switched 4 times as the family above me room had their kids just running around and banging making noise. he kept saying he called to let them know to be quiet, but he in fact never did. I slept a total of 3 hours the whole night because of the kids. the next day when the receptionist was changed...

“I wish I’d stayed for a week so I could’ve hiked and swam in the lake. Instead, I was there for a weekend so we took advantage of the bar and the silence of the woods by simply walking through. The staff we met were wonderful: Sean at check-in is gregarious and kind; Beth in the bar is efficient and friendly, as were both bartenders named Mike.”

“The breakfast was excellent and the rooms were lovely. The pool is disappointing because it is super tiny and there was a private group swim lesson while we were there which took up half the space.”

“Not even close to any previous stays at Marriott properties. Very disappointed. Bathroom amenities lacking, e.g. no hand or body lotion. No complimentary breakfast served. Al la Carte prices for breakfast seemed high. Room layout made it impossible to cozy up in bed and watch TV. Meanwhile when I signed on to WiFi it stated no internet available. What??”

“The initial process was quick. The room was clean. Everything worked. It can't get better than that! Thank you to the beautiful family that manages the property!”
