“South Lake Chalet is walking distance from Heavenly Ski Lift (and casinos if that's your thing); also to the beach and to hiking. Both times we've stayed here, the fireplace was lit and the room heated, a welcoming touch on a winter's day and after a long drive, The room is clean, has real dishes, glasses and utensils; microwave and sink. Dog friendly. We'll be back and recommend highly.”

“The room was super clean and so was the bathroom. The front desk staff was helpful and courteous. Location was also good, few minute drive to casinos and Heavenly Village. Overall it was a pleasant experience staying at Elevation Lodge.”

“A large and well run hotel next to the Heavenly gondola in their “village”. Our Queen Studio room was overall nice and well stocked. The full but small kitchen was well stocked with quality appliances and kitchenware. The hotel has pool, spa, and ski storage onsite. They provide a daily light clean service we weren’t expecting. No restaurants onsite but many in the surrounding village. Only knock is the valet parking which was expensive, ”
