“Day time staff was much more helpful than evening staff. Air conditioning worked very poorly in my room. When I first contacted the front desk and probably five men showed up to my room to try to fix this which was a bit weird since I’m a single female. The comments they need towards the end were inappropriate. Either way air conditioner wasn’t fixed. There never was a difference in the cooling of the room. “Came here for my honeymoon and was not disappointed! Great view from our 3rd floor balcony of the entire lake and the mountains. They left us a bottle of wine and some chocolates as well as a sweet note about our honeymoon. It was within close walking range of shopping centers and restaurants, which we definitely took advantage of. Such a nice stay!”
